Peace, love and connection are the foundations of my practice. I love and embrace humanity and this beautiful planet we inhabit. I teach to help students find that place within where they can come back to themselves. We all carry a beautiful light within; I teach to nourish the light.

I’m located in Denver, CO and teach private groups and classes across Colorado.
